Class Description

OBJECTIVE AND CONTENTS

This course aims to equip participants with knowledge and skills necessary for analyzing, designing, optimizing business processes and managing data to drive business performance.
Additionally, participants will be equipped with techniques for improving operational efficiency which includes identifying inefficiencies, driving continuous improvement, and supporting informed decision-making across business processes.

TARGET GROUP
This course is targeted at a diverse range of professionals across various industries, including banking, finance, insurance, and other sectors that require effective business process and data management. Participants may include business analysts, process managers, operational managers, data managers, IT professionals, executives, senior and middle-level officers, and project managers.

FEES
The fee for each participant is TZS 1.0 million or USD 1000 for non-residents, covering tuition, course materials, lunch, and mid-session refreshments. Participants will be responsible for their travel costs and upkeep. Please make the payment of your fees using the following channel:
